The sensory tasting experience. It was here, with our tiny glasses, that we learned to breathe in through our noses, drink, swallow, exhale through our noses and taste the beer on the front, back, and sides of our tongues. We were also instructed to stand up tall and look towards the horizon. That’s how you drink a Guinness.
