The hosta garden doing as the hosta garden does. We went to the local Kenosha Kingfish baseball game on a perfect night. I did a deep dive into different kinds of cooling sheets and landed on cotton percale. I put the new sheet on the bed for the first time, turned around, and then found this. Dog approved. This is me and my old sewing machine at my first meeting of the Southeastern Wisconsin Modern Quilt Guild. I was so excited to find this group. I paid my dues and signed up to be a regular member! A little propagation station to see what plants I can multiply. Dave floating on a beach afternoon. My fence boxes look particularly good at this moment. (Pre-Japanese beetles. Anticipating their arrival shortly. 😬)
Thanks for stopping by! I'm Lindsay, a Wisconsin gal, current hospice chaplain by day; one who loves to quilt, cook, create, garden, travel, walk our two doodles, and write, in addition to a million other life-giving verbs. If you read this - and I hope you do! - it's likely to be a bit unpredictable; probably an odd mix of crazy adventures and random projects with a little emotional venting sneaking in through the cracks. Step into the crazy; it's fun inside.
